By using LoopJam you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Using LoopJam

LoopJam is free to use. Play the games, share the links, and have fun. Don't try to break the sandbox, overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Games are made by other people

Games are made by independent creators (often with AI) and published by LoopJam after review. We check each one, but we can't promise that a game is bug-free, will work on your device, or will never contain something you dislike. If you see something wrong, report it and we will look promptly.

Rights

Each game belongs to its creator, who has given LoopJam permission to host and show it. LoopJam's own name, design and code are ours. If you think a game copies your work, see our copyright page.

Removal

We may remove or reject any game, or change the feed, at any time and for any reason.

No warranty

LoopJam and its games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, LoopJam and its editor are not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or playing the games.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
