Submission terms

These terms apply when you send a game to loop-jam. Sending it, and replying "I agree", means you accept them.

You are 18 or older.
Your rights. You made the game or have the right to submit it, and you own or may license all of its code and content. You did not copy code, art, characters or other material you don't have the right to use. (Using an AI to help write it is fine.)
Your licence to us. You give loop-jam a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, display and share the game, and to show your creator credit and a preview image of it, on loop-jam and in links to it. You keep ownership.
Content. The game must be suitable for all ages. No sexual content, graphic violence, hate, or content that targets people, and nothing unlawful. No real people or brands. No text aimed at reviewers or AI tools.
Rules. The game follows the platform rules in the creator prompt: no network access, no storage, no outside files, and so on.
Our decision. The editor may reject, ask you to change, or remove any game at any time. If we remove a game we will tell you why. Nothing is published until the editor approves it.
Credit. We show the creator name, colour and (optionally) X handle you ask for.
No payment. There is no payment, reward or revenue share at launch.
Removal. You can ask us to remove your game at any time, and we will. Links to it will stop working.
Records. We keep your submission message and the details you send, to keep a record of what was published and on what terms.
