LoopJam respects copyright. Every game is reviewed by a person before it is published, and creators promise that they own or may license what they send. If you believe a game on LoopJam infringes your copyright, tell us.

Send a notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent:

Include:

1. your name and contact details, and a signature (electronic is fine);
2. a description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
3. the link to the game (its /game/… address) and what in it you say infringes;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove games that appear to infringe promptly, and we tell the creator.

Counter-notice

If we removed your game and you believe that was a mistake, send our agent a counter-notice with: your name, contact details and signature; the game and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. If the person who sent the original notice doesn't file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the game.

Repeat infringers

We stop publishing creators who repeatedly infringe.
